Mr. Sica joined KLS in December 2005 after working at Wealth and Tax Advisory Services, Inc. as an experienced Tax Manager advising high net worth individuals and families on income and estate tax matters. Prior to 2002, he spent four years working as a Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP, in the private client group. Mr. Sica received his B.A. degree from Villanova University in 1994, his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law in 1998, and his L.L.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law in 2005. Mr. Sica is a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee of KLS.
