Mr. Hyde joined KLS in July 2001 after spending six years at Lucent Technologies Inc. as an Assistant Tax Director in the Corporate Tax Planning Group focusing on tax reduction strategies. Prior to 1995, he spent eight years at Price Waterhouse specializing in the areas of high net worth individual and corporate taxation. He received his B.A. degree in Economics and Business from Lafayette College in 1987 and his Masters of Science in Taxation from Seton Hall University in 1998 where he was elected Beta Gamma Sigma for high scholastic achievement. Mr. Hyde is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hyde is a Managing Director with KLS responsible for client and account management and fixed income trading; he is a member of the Investment Committee of KLS.
