Mr. Brod joined KLS in May 1991, after spending five years as a First Vice President in the Capital Preservation and Restructuring Group at Shearson Lehman Brothers. Prior to 1987, he spent nine years as a Tax Manager at Touche Ross specializing in the areas of individual and corporation taxation. He received his B.A. degree from New York University in 1975, his J.D. degree from University of Miami Law School in 1978, and his L.L.M. from New York University in 1982. Mr. Brod is a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee of KLS.
